Robert Marvin Begley, age 78, of Jackson, KY passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at the KY River Medical Center in Jackson, KY due to an auto accident. He was born September 18, 1945 in Cincinnati, OH. Preceded in death by stepfather: Bernie Deaton and mother: Mary Deaton. His daughter: Debra Bennet and brother: Glenn Begley. He is survived by his wife: Joyce Begley of Jackson, KY. Sons: Ryan (Sara) Begley of Booneville, KY , Brett (Arereian) Begley of Richmond, KY and Michael Begley of Jackson, KY. Daughter:Geri (Mike) Brown of Alabama. Sister: Pam (Randall) Abner of Jackson, KY. Step daughters: Karen (Bill) Moore, Michele (Norman) Neace and Crystal (Corey) Strong all of Jackson, KY. His beloved dog “Marlee”. He is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Krouc Noble officiating. Burial in the Community Cemetery, Whick Lick Branch Road, Whick, KY.
