Paul Dwayne Combs, age 59, of Lost Creek, KY passed away on Thursday January 09, 2025, at the KY River Medical Center in Jackson, KY.  He was born April 15, 1965, in Dayton, OH and was the son of the late Price and Judy Spurlock Combs.  He is survived by wife: April Marshall Combs of Lost Creek, KY.  His son: Cameron Combs of Lost Creek, KY.  Stepdaughter: Whittney (Martin) Moore of Jackson, KY.  Sister: Cheryl Fugate of Jackson, KY.  Grandson: Carter Moore.  Nephew: Zack (Danielle) Fugate of Lost Creek, KY.  Niece: Erin Fugate of Jackson, KY.  Great nephew: Hayden Fugate and great nieces:  Nataleigh Spencer, Henry Hurt and Khloey Fugate, He is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at Noon at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial in the Banks Cemetery at Mt Carmel, KY.  Visitation will begin on Monday from 5:00-9:00 pm.  Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
