Nettie Gale Caudill, age 53, of Athol, KY passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at the KY River Medical Center in Jackson, KY.  She was born November 26, 1970 in Campton, KY and was the daughter of the late Richard Palmer.  She was preceded also in death by sons:  Jason Childers, Jimmy Childers, Floyd Childers, Jerry Lee Childers.  One sister: Charlet Palmer.  She is survived by her husband: Chester Caudill of Athol, KY.  Her mother: Shirley Palmer of Athol, KY.  One son: Richard Childers of Jackson, KY.  Two daughters:  Stephanie (Matthew) Caudell and Robin (Richard) Turner, both of Beattyville, KY.  One brother: Richard Palmer of Jackson, KY.  Three sisters:  Candus (David) Otey of Berea, KY; Betty (Johnny) Noble and Pamela Palmer of Jackson, KY.  Six grandchildren:  Matthew, Emily, Ivory, Carson, Kyson, Abigail.  She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.  Funeral services will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Mike Spencer officiating.  Burial in the Canyon Falls Cemetery, Hwy 708, Canyon Falls, KY.  Visitation will be Saturday from 5:00-9:00 pm.  Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
