Nancy Ann (Gross) Vires, age 52, of Campton, KY passed away on Monday, June 27, 2016 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY. She was born January 29, 1964 at Hazard, KY and was the daughter of the late Nathan and Angeline (Spicer) Gross. She was preceded in death by five children: John William Vires, Lester Vires, David Vires, Clara Vires and Polly Ann Vires. She is survived by husband: Arnold Johnson of Campton, KY. Two sons: Harvey Vires, JR of Altro, KY. Glen (Desiree) Vires of Ridgeway, PA. One sister: Emma Gross of Jackson, KY. Two grandchildren: Glen Vires, JR and Olivia Nichole Vires. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Chris Turner officiating. Burial in the Gross Family Cemetery at Canoe, KY. Visitation will begin on Friday at 5:00 p.m. Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
