Morton McIntosh, age 78, of Sycamore Street, Jackson, KY passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY. He was born Feb. 14, 1938 in Jackson, KY and was the son of the late Tilmon and Mary Ellen (Spicer) McIntosh. He was a retired school janitor for the Breathitt County Board of Education. He is survived by his wife: Sheba (Campbell) McIntosh of Jackson, KY. One son: Marty McIntosh of Jackson, KY. One sister: Edith Miller of Jackson, KY. Two brothers: Cecil McIntosh of IN and Harlan McIntosh of Winchester, KY. Two special nieces: Bessie Sword and Shebbie Prater. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 1, 2016 at 1:00 p.m at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Estill Barnett officiating. Burial in the Ben Smith Cemetery, South Fork Road, Wilstacy, KY. Visitation will begin on Sunday at 5:00 p.m. Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
