Mina Mae Smith Patrick, age 91, of Lost Creek, KY passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY.  She was born July 18, 1933 at Watts, KY and was the daughter of the late Samuel and Fairlena Herald Smith.  She was preceded also in death by husband: General Patrick.  Son:  Anthony Ray Patrick and daughter: Rita Cheryl Patrick.  Brothers: Lewis Smith and Emory Raymond Smith.  Sisters:  Beth Ann Southwood, Reilda Neace and Marilyn Turner.  She is survived by five sons:  Ronnie Gregory Patrick and  Terry Wayne Patrick, both of Lost Creek, KY.  Ernie Lee (Jane) Patrick of Lexington, IN and Donald Edward Patrick of Nabb, IN.  Kenneth Patrick (Sandra) of Booneville, KY.  One daughter: Rhonda S. (Ollie James “Catfish” ) Noble of Lost Creek, KY.  15 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.  She is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 11:00 am at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Leon Mullins and Kenneth Noble officiating.  Burial in the Fugate and Smith Cemetery, Noble Road, Lost Creek, KY.  Visitation will be Friday from 5:00-9:00 pm.  Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
