God, thank You for giving me hope and a future. Thank You for reminding me that pain and grief won’t last forever. There is more to my story. When I feel overwhelmed by my suffering, please remind me that You are with me, and that You will remove all of my pain one day. In Jesus’ name, Amen. I love you little Doug!
