Melody Colleen Johnson Manning, age 54, of Nicholasville, KY and formerly of Breathitt County passed away on Wednesday, January 13,2 021 at the Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington, KY.-She was born April 12, 1966, in Louden, TN, and was the daughter of the late Raeford Jewell and Helen Edwina (Spells) Johnson.- She was also preceded in death by her son: Timothy Craig Roberts.- She is survived by two daughters: Amanda Johnson of Nicholasville, KY, and Melissa Roberts of Jackson, KY.- One son: Joe Roberts of Lexington, KY.- Nine grandchildren: Isaiah Campbell, Alex Campbell, Casey Campbell, Kaylee Campbell; Jacklyn Allen, Landon Sturgill, Ariana Sturgill, Timothy (Jaden) Roberts, and Chance Roberts.- Three sisters: Jeana Whitsell of TN; Denise Johnson of FL and Veronica Johnson of GA.- Three brothers: David Johnson of IL; Raeford Johnson of GA and Bradford Johnson of FL.-She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.- Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 18, 2021, at Noon at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Mike Tabor officiating.-Burial in the Roberts Family Memorial Cemetery, Riley Branch, Clayhole, KY.- Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00-9:00 pm. -Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.-COVID-19 regulations to be observed.
