Marilyn Smith Turner, age 77, of Lost Creek, KY passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021, at the Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington, KY.-She was born June 21, 1943, at Lost Creek, KY, and was the daughter of the late Sam and Fairlena Herald Smith.-She was also preceded in death by one sister: Reilda Neace and one brother: Emory Raymond Smith.-One granddaughter: Baby Turner-Fugate.-She is survived by her husband: Kenneth Turner of Lost Creek, KY.- One daughter: Roxanne (John) Anderson of Lost Creek, KY.-Two sisters: Mina Mae Patrick of Lost Creek, KY and Bettye Southwood (Gene Gilliat) of Dayton, OH; One grandson: Kenny Fugate of Lost Creek, KY.-Her beloved pet (T-Bone).- She is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.-Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, at 1:00 pm at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Darrell Watts officiating.-Burial in the Smith Cemetery at Lost Creek, KY.-Visitation will begin on Wednesday at 11:00 am until the time of service.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.-COVID-19 regulations are to be observed.
