Louise Combs Deaton, age 76 of Buckhorn, KY passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY.–She was born May 9, 1940 at Crockettsville, KY and was the daughter of the late Carl and Ollie Mae Combs.– After 39 years she retired from K-Mart in Ohio.–She was an employee of Buckhorn Children’s Center for five years.–She was a member of Red Hill Baptist Missionary Church of Chavies, KY.–She was preceded in death by one brother: Carl Jr. Combs.–She is survived by her husband: Crit Deaton of Buckhron, KY.- One brother: A.B. (Phyllis) Combs of Buckhorn, KY.–One sister: Eliza (Bob) Fugate of Batavia, OH.–Niece: Jill (Dan) Thompson.–Step niece: Beth (B.C.) Griffith.–Great nephew: Seth Bennett–Step great nephew: Kash Griffith.-Great nieces: Grace and Claire Thompson.- A very special 5 year old: Gavin Collins.–Uncle: Clyde Combs.- Aunts: Marie Helton and Mary Dill.–Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Claude Miller and Mike Riley officiating.–Burial in the Crockettsville Cemetery at Crockettsville, KY.–Visitation will begin on Friday at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.–Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
