One of my besties in High School, Lizard you were amazing! Ole Denny Boy sure gonna miss you. We were friends from the first day I came to Buckhorn, we had the greatest group of friends, all of whom I am still friends with today. I am so proud of the woman that you became, your career speaks for itself how wonderful and smart you were. You touched everyone you spoke to, your kindness goes unmatched. You will be deeply missed by everyone, until I see you again my friend, I love you always.......

Lisa and I were instant friends when I came to Buckhorn in the 6th grade. She always had a joke for ole Denny Boy (me) . She was the sweetest kindest person you will ever encounter in this lifetime. After high school life took us in different directions, but we were never far apart. Once you have a best friend like Lisa, it's for life. My heart aches for her sisters and her Uncle Gene and family she was the heart in the family. I loved you Miss Lisa from day one, one day I will see you again, until then Lizard, keep my mom and your momma company until I get there.

I have known Lisa for as long as I can remember. Our friendship started in the little red metal buildings that used to be Buckhorn Elementary with Mrs. Eileen Sandlin and that friendship took us all the way to Eastern. Lisa was so smart, tried her best to help me with Algebra, but it just didn’t come to me like it so easily came to her. She was so kind, and such a loyal friend. She always had your back. She was the voice of reason, and at the same time could crack a joke like a pro. And I was always more than happy to eat her cooking! She was simply the best! We will miss you my friend. Much, much love, Sheri
