Lillian Jett Braun, age 71, of Jackson, KY passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at the UK Hospital in Lexington, KY, She was born December 3, 1952 at Bethany, KY and was the daughter of the late Zeke Jr. and Billie Griffith Jett. She was also preceded in death by an infant sister and her brother: Allen Jett. Lillian was a former educator in the Breathitt County School system and was present owner of Jett Tours in Jackson, KY. She is survived by her husband: George Braun of Jackson, KY. Her son: James (Nikki) South of Winchester, KY. Her daughter: Carol South of Lexington, KY. Her brother: Jeff (Sherry) Jett of Alexandria, KY. Two special grandsons: Jaxson South and Declan South. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at 11:00 am at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Bobby Hollon officiating. Burial in the Zeke Jett Cemetery, Highland Road, Jackson, KY.
