Leslie Neace, age 52, of Lost Creek, KY passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2024.  He was born December 20, 1971 at Hazard, KY and was the son of the late Scott and Betty Fugate Neace.  He is survived by two uncles:  Estill Neace of Lost Creek, KY and Sam Neace of Hazard, KY.  Aunt: Nora Collins of Prestonsburg, KY.  Two special cousins:  Jessy Noble and Tesa Hughes of Jackson, KY.  He is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.  Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Donald Tapio officiating.  Burial in the Mullins Cemetery, Ten Mile, Chavies, KY.  Visitation will be Saturday from 5:00-9:00 pm.  Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
