Kevin Ray Haddix, age 45, of Jackson, KY passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at the KY River Medical Center in Jackson, KY.  He was born April 6, 1979 in Hazard, KY and was preceded in death by his father: David Ray Haddix.  His sister: Mary Ann Brewer.  Paternal grandparents:  Ossie and Mae Haddix.  Maternal grandparents:  Price Jr and Ruby Campbell.  He is survived by his mother: Phyllis (John) Perkins of Jackson, KY.  Two brothers:  David Ray Haddix, Jr of Jackson, KY and Timothy John (Georgia) Perkins of Georgetown, KY.  He is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Estill Barnett officiating.  Burial in the Tyra Cemetery at Frozen  Creek,Vancleve, KY.  Visitation will be Friday from 6:00-9:00 pm.  Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
