Kelsey Shay Mullins, age 23, of Madisonville, KY and formerly of Jackson passed away on Friday, March 29, 2024 due to an ATV accident.  She was born August 4, 2000 in Lexington, KY and was preceded in death by her mother:  Jessica Hope Haddix.  Her maternal grandmother: Pattie A. Haddix.  Her special friend: Vanessa Morgan.  She is survived by her father:  Elvin Doran Mullins of Jackson, KY.  Her paternal grandparents:  Bobby and Ella Mullins of Jackson, KY.  Her fiancee: Richard Trent of Madisonville, KY.  Three brothers:  Victor Hudson of Jackson, KY.  Jacob Childers and Andrew Combs both of of Hazard, KY.  Three sisters: Katie Lutes of Paris, KY;  Nova Kathleen Mullins and Zoey Faith Mullins, both of Jackson, KY.   Special cousins:  Rose (Carlin) Champ of Richmond, KY and Patric Haddix of London, KY.    A special friend:  Sierra Bennett of Jackson, KY.  She is also survived by a host of  other relatives and many friends.  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at Noon at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Anthony Mullins officiating.  Burial in the Walter Bowling Community Cemetery at Whick Lick Branch Road, Whick, KY.  Visitstion will be Tuesday from 5:00-9:00 pm.  Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
