Kelly Michael (Mike) Combs, age 58, of Jackson, KY passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, at the Hazard ARH in Hazard, KY.-He was born June 21, 1961, at Ary, KY and was the son of the late Kelly and Eliza (Clemons) Combs.-He was preceded in death by his mother in law: Elizabeth Strong.- He was a former truck driver, school bus driver and employee at KY River Community Care in Jackson, KY.-He is survived by his wife: Glenda Strong Combs of Jackson, KY.-One daughter: Makayla Combs (James) of Jackson, KY.-Three sons: Benjamin Combs and (Nikki) of Jackson, KY.-Jason Combs and Joshua Combs of Jackson, KY-One brother: Donald Combs of Campton, KY.-Six grandchildren and one great grandchild.-His father in law: Oscar Strong.–Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ at Saldee, KY with John Bunn and Willie John Turner officiating.-Burial in the Reed Bowling Memorial Garden Cemetery at Saldee, KY.-Visitation will begin on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. with additional singing at 6:00 p.m.-All services at the church.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
