Kathy Jean Fraley, age 63, of Paintsville, KY and formerly of Breathitt County passed away on Friday, March 9, 2018 at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY–She was born October 12, 1954 in Michigan and was the daughter of the late John and Mildred (Watkins) Fraley.–She was preceded in death by two infant brothers:  Eric Fraley and Charles Fraley.–She is survived by one sister: Della (James) Carpenter of Haddix, KY–Two brothers: James (Cora) Fraley of Haddix, KY–Bobby Fraley of Frozen Creek, KY–She is also survived by a host of other relatives.–Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 12, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Krouc Noble officiating.–Burial in the Watkins Cemetery at Wolverine, KY.–Visitation will begin on Monday at 11:00 a.m. until time of service.–Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.–Pallbearers: Family and Friends
