Julia Ellen (McIntosh) Adelitzo, age 97, of Canoe, KY passed away on Friday, December 8, 2017 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY.–She was born January 18, 1920 at Canoe, KY and was the daughter of the late Ed and Martha (Turner) McIntosh.–She was preceded in death by one daughter:  Katheryn Lee Townsend.–One sister: Virginia Reynolds.–Two brothers:  Leonard McIntosh  and Charles Huston McIntosh.–She is survived by one son: Michael Adelitzo of Canoe, KY.–Two grandchildren:  Marsha Payne and Julia Horner.–Seven great grandchildren.–Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Lonnie Arrowood officiating.—Burial in the Sam Turner Butter Point Cemetery, Butter Point Road, Canoe, KY.–Visitation will begin on Tuesday at Noon until time of service.–Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
