Judy Kay (Duncan) Smith, age 74, of Jackson, KY passed away on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY.–She was born July 3, 1944 in Briceville, TN and was the daughter of the late Goldie and Novella (Wilson) Duncan.–She was also preceded in death by her husband: Hobert Smith.–One son: Anthony Steve Smith. –Five sisters: Irene Funk, Leoma Hawkins, Margaret Graham, Ruth Slover, and Annamae Slover.–One brother: Paul Duncan.–She is survived by one daughter: Pamela (Charlie) Phillips of TN.–One son: Paul Smith (Fiancee: Susan Marshall) of Jackson, KY–One sister: Ailene Stroude of Graysville, TN-One brother: John Duncan of Cleveland, OH.–Seven grandchildren: Victoria Smith, Steven and April Phillips, Sean Smith, Bradley Smith, Kyle Fraley and Ashley Fraley.-Two special friends: Minnie Marshall and Susie Marshall.–She is also survived by a host of cousins and other family members in Tennessee.–Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 6,2018 at 7:00 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Greg Overton and Gary Bellamy officiating.–Burial in the Woodhaven Memorial Gardens  in Powell, TN on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Noon.–Visitation will begin on Friday at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.–Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
