Joe Ed Herald, age 69, of Talbert, KY passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY.-He was born October 13, 1949, at Talbert, KY and was the son of the late William and Rachel Herald.-He was preceded in death by one daughter: April Lynn Herald.-One sister: Gracie Herald. Three brothers:  Elliott Herald, Johnny R. Herald and William Herald.-He is survived by his wife: Arminda (Collins) Herald of Talbert, KY.-One daughter: Bobbi Jo Herald of Talbert, KY.-Five sisters: Wanda Faye Herald and Ellen Turner of Talbert, KY-Ruth Eads of Covington, KY; Polly (Everett JR) Raleigh of Villa Hills, KY-Elizabeth (Felbert) Brewer of Walled Lake, MI.-Three grandchildren: Noah Jenkins, Rhianna Williams, Tanner Stamper.-Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 2019, at Noon at the Macedonia Old Regular Baptist Church with Pat Turner and Jesse Turner officiating.-Burial in the Buck Herald Cemetery at Talbert, KY.-Visitation will begin on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at the church.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.-Pallbearers: Family and Friends
