Joanie Campbell-Smith, age 45, of Pikeville, KY and formerly of Hardshell, KY was born October 2, 1978, in Hazard, KY.  She was the daughter of the late Edward and Brenda Campbell.  She was also preceded in death by her brother: Jimmy Edward Campbell.  She is survived by her husband: Arthur Smith, Jr of Pikeville, KY.  Her son: Hatch Napier of Jackson, KY.  Two stepsons:  Chase Smith of Pikeville, KY and Tyler Smith of Hyden, KY.   Her daughter: Chelsey Napier of Jackson, KY.  One sister: Brittany Campbell of Williamstown, KY.  Two nieces:  McKenzie Partin and Cember Campbell.  One great niece:  Neviah Stamper. She is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.  A visitation will be held on Friday, December 27, 2024, from 5:00-9:00 pm at Deaton Funeral Home.  A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 11:00 am at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Eldon Miller officiating. Burial in the Noble Cemetery, Old County Road, at Hardshell, KY.  Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
