Janice Combs, age 65, of Jackson, KY passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2017 at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY.–She was born July 22, 1951 in Jackson, KY and was the daughter of the late Samuel and Clara (Haddix) Combs.–She was preceded in death by her husband: Everett Combs.–One brother: Price Clay.-One step son: Henry James “Jim” Combs.- One step grandson: Nathan Combs.- One son-in-law: Clarence Allen, JR.– She is survived by two daughters: Vickie Allen (Tyler Combs) of Jackson, KY.-Elizabeth Combs of Jackson, KY.- Two stepdaughters: Gigi (Chad) Capaul of Minnesota and Laurie Langang of Minnesota.–One son: Anthony “Bubba” Combs (Rebecca Hall) of Jackson, KY.–One step son: Donald “Don” (Kathy) Combs of Jackson, KY.–Five brothers: Dean Clay of Lost Creek, KY.–Earnest (Margaret) Combs of Lost Creek, KY.–Arthur “Art” (Sue) Combs of Vancleve, KY.–Anderson “A.D.” Combs of Jackson, KY.–Edgar “Ed” (Sharon) Combs of Perry County, KY.–Thirteen grandchildren.- -Eleven great grandchildren–Host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.–Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Bobby Collins officiating.–Burial in the Willie Campbell Cemetery, Little Leatherwood Road, Watts, KY.–Visitation will begin on Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.–Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.–Pallbearers: Family and Friends.
