Frank was a very, very nice person. He would always take the time to talk to my family and I. All of his family were good people. They would leave us delicious homemade butter on our porch when we lived at VanCleve. So sorry to hear about his passing, Wilma. Your in my prayers.

Just heard about Franks passing. So sorry for his family and friends. I am the daughter of EJ Rudd in Magoffin County. We so enjoyed Frank when he would come to the Rudd Memorial in Magoffin. Sending prayers of comfort ❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻

Uncle Franklin is and was a great man of faith. He loved the Lord with all his heart. He will be greatly missed. I'll never forget his story about my Dad giving him chewing gum. (Merrill Collins) he called him chewing gum bubby. Say hello Uncle Franklin to my Dad and your brother. Love you until I see you again in Glory.
