Jack Clemons, age 77, of Jackson, KY passed away on Friday, May 17, 2019 at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY.-He was born June 21, 1941 in Jackson, KY and was the son of the late James Clemons and Nellie Chandler Fugate and grandson of Earnie and Annie Salyers.-He was a retired lab technician at the Hazard Applachian Regional Hospital.-He is survived by his wife: Mayme (Brewer) Clemons of Jackson, KY.-Two sons:  Gregory Wade (Stephanie) Clemons of Jackson, KY; Gregory Jackie (Brittany) Clemons of Jackson, KY.-Four granddaughters: Kassidy (Josh) Miller of Monument, CO.; Kayle Clemons, Abigail Clemons and Natalie Napier of Jackson, KY.- One grandson: Barrett Grayson Clemons of Jackson, KY. –  No formal services will be observed.-Obituary courtesy of Deaton Funeral Home.
