Harry Lee Turner, age 80, of Jackson, KY passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY.-He was born November 28, 1938, in Breathitt County and was the son of the late Arkil and Betsy Turner.-He was preceded in death by one great-granddaughter: Katie E. Campbell Combs.-He is survived by his wife: Carrie Banks Turner of Jackson, KY.-Three daughters: Rose (Ray) Jenkins of Jackson, KY.-Diana Goff of Jackson, KY; Wilma Turner of Jackson, KY. -Six grandchildren: Kenneth (Barbara) Goff, Andrew (Linda) Goff, Melissa Gross, Brittany Jenkins, William (Julie) Caudill, and Danny Caudill.-Five great-grandchildren: Novela McDaniel, Troy Dempsey, Timothy Goff, Austin Goff, Brian McIntosh.-Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 8, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Emmitt Campbell officating.-Burial in the Tyra Cemetery, Frozen Creek, Jackson, KY.-Visitation will begin on Thursday at 5:00 p.m. with additional services at 7:00 p.m.–Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.: Pallbearers: Family and friends.
