Geraldine G. Combs, age 80, of Jackson, KY departed this earthly life on Thursday, July 26, 2018 in Jackson, KY.-She was born January 4, 1938 in Breathitt County, KY and was the daughter of the late Mike and Betty (Blair) Gabbard.-She was a former teacher aide in the Breathitt County School System.-She was preceded also in death by her husband: Paul David Combs.-Four sisters: Sarah Moore, Nannie Garland, Allene Brown and Wanda Sue Gabbard.-She is survived by one daughter: Theresa Carlene Zeinner of Cincinnati,, OH; One son: Paul Ernest Combs of Jackson,KY- Two sisters: Grace South and Carlene Roberts of Jackson, KY-Two brothers: Gene (Reta) Gabbard of Cincinnati, OH and Phillip (Clara) Gabbard of Jackson, KY-Three grandsons: James Richard Mullins, Jerome David Zeinner, Benjamin Edward Zeinner.-Two great grandchildren: Adeline Clair Zeinner and Henry Bryan Zeinner.–Memorial services and a Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel  with Eulogy by J.D. Zeinner and Ben Zeinner–Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
