Gerald Fletcher, age 80, of Jackson, KY passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at his residence.-He was born May 23, 1938 at Wolverine, KY and was the son of the late Olan and Malvery (Hounshell) Fletcher.-He was US Air Force Veteran and a retired welder at Falcon Coal Company.-He was also preceded in death by one daughter: Renata Fletcher.-One sister: Imogene Minix.-One brother and sister in law: Jackie and Alice Fletcher.-One brother in law: Ova Holbrook.-He is survived by his wife: Rena (Clemons) Fletcher of Jackson, KY-One grandson: Zachary Fletcher of Jackson, KY-One sister: Sue Holbrook of Jackson, KY-Three brothers: Donnie (Eunice) Fletcher of Wolverine, KY-Wayne “Buzz” Fletcher of Wolverine, KY-Larry (Anna Jo) Fletcher of Wolverine, KY.-He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.-A Memorial Serivce will be held at a later date.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge.
