Freddie L. Napier, age 59, of Sebastians Branch, KY passed away on Monday, July 23, 2018 at his residence.-He was born May 25, 1959 at Hazard, KY and was the son of the late Hent and Ethel Mae (Mosley) Napier.–He was a former employee of Hinkle Construction and Paving and a member of the Macedonia Old Regular Baptist Church.–He was preceded in death by two sisters: Rita Napier and Sally Napier.-One brother: Lawrence Napier.–He is survived by his wife: Shirley Napier of Sebastians Branch, KY- One daughter: Ashley Turner (Melvin Collins, JR) of Sebastians Branch, KY-One son: Freddie John (Kimberly) Napier of Pikeville, KY-One sister: Pamela Beatty of TN-Two brothers: Albert Napier of GA and Scottie Napier of KY-Five grandchildren: Bradlee Turner, Trever Turner, Natilee Turner. Jaxson Napier, Easton Napier. Two step grandchildren: Kaleb Collins and Judith Collins. -Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at Noon at Macedonia Old Regular Baptist Church at Sebastians Branch with Jesse Turner and Pat Turner officiating.-Burial in the Griffith Cemetery at Sebastians Branch, KY-Visitation will begin on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. at the church.–Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
