Freddie Jacqulin (Moore) Fugate, age 78 of Clayhole, KY passed on Monday, November 4, 2019 at her residence.-She was born October 12, 1941, in Barbourville, KY and was the daughter of the late Willie B. and Lillian (Henson) Moore.-She was preceded in death by two brothers: Wille B. and Donald Moore.-She is survived by her husband: Orville Fugate of Clayhole, KY.-One daughter: Natalie (John) Robinson of Clayhole, KY-Two sons: Chris Fugate of Pontiac, MI and Greg (Coleen) Fugate of Hazard, KY.-One sister: Joyce Gilson of MI-Two half-sisters: Lawana May and Teresa Hester of MI.-One half brother: Robert Hester.-Three grandchildren.-No services are scheduled at this time.-
