Elliott Raleigh, age 61, of Jackson, KY passed away on Friday, February 1, 2019 at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY.-He was born July 18, 1957 in Covington, KY and was the son of the late Luther and Polly (Turner) Raleigh.-He was preceded in death by one brother: Billie Raleigh.-He is survived by his wife: Ruth (Herald) Raleigh of Jackson, KY-One daughter: Christy (Grannis) Herald of Booneville, KY-Two sons: Jonathan (Loretta) Raleigh of Talbert, KY-Elliott (Amy) Raleigh, JR of Decoy, KY-One sister: Shirley (Roger) Hall of California, KY-Three brothers: Johnny (Belle) Raleigh of Ft. Wright, KY, James Raleigh of Talbert, KY, Mark (Bev) Raleigh of Butler, KY-Three grandchildren: John Raleigh, Grannis Herald, II and Christian Herald.-Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 4, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Phillip Swartzentruber officiating.-Burial in the Alice B. Turner Cemetery at Talbert, KY.-Visitation will begin on Sunday at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
