Dwight (Tony) Bradley, age 64, of Salyersville, KY and formerly of Jackson, KY passed away Thursday, September 22, 2016 at the UK Hospital in Lexington, KY. He was born July 2, 1952 in Hazard, KY and was the son of the late Champ and Anna Lee (Case)Bradley. He also was preceded in death by one daughter: Shannon Bradley. He is survived by his wife, Vivian (Pence) Bradley; One son: Shawn Todd (Patricia) Bradley of Hillsboro, OR.; Two sisters: Brenda (Damon) Moore and Sandra Faye Bradley both of Jackson, KY. Two grandchildren: Abby Bradley and Aidan Bradley; Two nieces: Jamie Neace and Brittany Fugate; One nephew, Chip Davidson. Funeral service will be held Monday, Sept. 26, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Brian Bailey, Paul Pence, Jr. and Greg Minix officiating. Visitation will begin Sunday, Sept. 25, 2016 at 5 p.m. Burial will follow in the Pence Cemetery at Bethany, KY. Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
