Dulcie (Roberts) Banks, age 91, of Five Mile Road, Jackson, KY passed away on Saturday, August 24, 2019, at the KY River Medical Center in Jackson, KY.-She was born March 15, 1928 at Five Mile in Breathitt County and was the daughter of the late Walker and Florence (Caudill) Roberts.-She was preceded in death also by one very special grandson: Tony Snowden.-She is survived by four daughters:  Cathy (Calvin) Atcher, Ann (Tony) Bradley; Jeannie (James Cohen) Watkins all of Jackson, KY.-Vicky Clabaugh of Richmond, KY.-One son: Glen (Betty) Banks of Jackson, KY.- Ten grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.-Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Tim King officiating.-Burial in the Roberts Cemetery, Five Mile Road, Jackson, KY.-Visitation will begin on Monday at 6:00 p.m.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.: Pallbearers: Family and Friends
