Charles Edward Napier, age 87, of Saldee, KY passed away on Monday, September 4, 2017 at the Hazard ARH.–He was born March 3, 1930 at Grapevine, KY and was the son of the late Callaway and Sadie (McIntosh) Napier.–He was a member of the Church of Lord Jesus Christ at Saldee, KY.–He was preceded in death by first wife: Georgia Napier.-One son: Kelly Napier.–Three daughters: Mary Morris, Edwina Caldwell and Kathy Strong.–Two special daughters in law: Sandy Napier and Pauline Napier.–Son-in-law: Ralph Caldwell.–He is survived by his wife: Callie Bowling Napier of Saldee, KY–One daughter: Donna (Larry) Bowling of Whick, KY–Four sons: Robert (Brenda) Morris of Somerset, KY–William Morris of Somerset, KY–Charles “Duke” Napier, JR of Little, KY–Ronald (Kathy) Napier of Romeo, MI–Two sisters;–A host of grandchildren-great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.–Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of Lord Jesus Christ at Saldee, KY with Ollie James Bowling officiating.–Burial in the Haddix Cemetery, INC, Haddix, KY–Visitation will begin at the church on Wednesday at 4:00 p.m.–Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
