Cecil Allen, age 58. of Lost Creek, KY passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, KY.–He was born November 18, 1959 in Jackson, KY and was the son of the late Dan Green and Cellia (Sizemore) Allen.–He was preceded in death by two sisters: Bonita Childers and Katherine Allen.–One brother: Fred Allen.–He is survived by one daughter: Jessica Allen of Lynchburg, VA.–His ex-wife and special friend: Kim Allen Stone of Lynchburg, VA.–Two sisters: Jean Allen of London, KY–Rachel “Tiny” Oliver (Marcus) of Lost Creek, KY–Two brothers: Earnest Allen of Jackson, KY-Danny Ray Allen of Hazard, KY–He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.–Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with George Watts officiating–Burial in the Ben Smith Cemetery, South Fork Road, Portsmouth, KY–Visitation will begin on Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. –Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.–Pallbearers: Friends and Family.
