Carolyn Shirley  Mullins, age 77, of Booneville, KY passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital in Manchester, KY.–She was born August 29, 1940  at Jetts Creek, KY and was the daughter of the late Floyd and Bertha (Day) Mullins.-She was preceded in death by one sister:  Genevieve Mullins Johnson.–Five brothers: Floyd Mullins, JR-Basil Mullins, Paul Mullins, Franklin Mullins, and her twin brother: Carroll Mullins -She is survived by a host of nieces and nephews and a very special friend: Flossie Stamper.–Funeral services will be held on Sunday, July 1, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with David Caudill officiating.-Burial in the Mullins Family Cemetery at Jetts Creek, KY–Visitation will begin on Sunday at 11:00 a.m.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
