Carol Ann Campbell, age 78, of Hardshell, KY passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2025, due to an automobile accident in Breathitt County, KY.  She was born January 17, 1947, in Lincoln, Nebraska and was preceded in death by her parents:  Preston and Bernice (McPherson) Jensen.  She was preceded also in death by her husband: Phillip Campbell.  Her son: Chon Phillip Campbell and brother: Randy Jensen.   She is survived by one son: Douglas William (Julie) Miller of Missouri; Two daughters:  Teresa Campbell of Canoe, KY and Kimberly Campbell of Hardshell, KY.  One brother: Ronald Jensen of CA.  Grandchildren:  Brooklyn Gross, Darren Campbell, Nathan Campbell, Toby Campbell, Kedzie Campbell, Douglas Jensen, Desirea Campbell, Ella Miller, Miriam Miller.  Brother-in-law:  Frank Campbell.  Special friend: Nannie Cundiff.   Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 17, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Drewey Lee Jones officiating.  Visitation will begin at 11:00 am on Monday until time of service.  Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
