Carles Ray Jones, age 49, of Jackson, KY passed away on Monday, October 8, 2018 at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY-He was born Nobember 26, 1968 at Campton, KY and was the son of the late Carlie Jones-He also was preceded in death by three sisters: Goldie Johnson, Brenda Gail Jones and Bernice Jones.-One brother: Clyde Jones.-He is survived by his wife: Debra (Smith) Jones of Jackson, KY-His Mother: Nora Lee Cole of Jackson, KY-Two sons: Joseph (Lindsey) Jones of Wolverine, KY-Jonathon Jones of Wolverine, KY-Two step children: Tyson Gross and Tory Gross of Jackson, KY-Two sisters: Wanda Faye (Logan) Smith of Jackson, KY-Janet Jones( Forrest Howard, JR) of Jackson, KY-Four brothers: David (Ethel) Jones of Jackson, KY-Robert (Alice) Jones of Jackson, KY-Phillip (Clara) Jones of Jackson, KY-John “Chuck” (Grethel) Jones of Jackson, KY-One grandchild: Audrey Jones.- Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Estill Barnett officiating.-Burial in the Smith Family Cemetery, Hwy 1098, Jackson, KY.-Visitation will begin on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. until time of service.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.-Pallbearers: Family and Friends.
