Burley Neace, age 87, of Jackson, KY passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2016 at the KY River Medical Center in Jackson, KY due to a long illness. He was born March 30, 1929 at River Caney in Breathitt County, KY and was the son of the late Johnny and Miranda (Bush) Neace.– He was also preceded in death by his wife: Hallie Mae (Morris) Neace. Step mother: Rhoda (White) Neace. One son: Charles Edward Neace. Six sisters: Lenora, Brellie, Eda, Sallie, Renie and Vicie. Three brothers: Monroe Neace, Willie Neace and Ray Neace. Grandchildren: Sheila Renee Neace and Richard David Robinson, JR. –He is survived by five daughters: Norma (Gary) Strong of Jackson, KY; Maxine Robinson of Jackson, KY; Mary Johnson of Jackson, KY; Martha Neace of Jackson, KY; Bertha (Stephen) Patton of Jackson, KY; — Four sons: Bill (Ruby) Neace of Jackson, KY; Bobby (Judy) Neace of Jackson, KY; Paul Neace and Woodrow Neace of Jackson, KY.– One sister: Nancy Clark of Austin, IN; One sister in law: Ina Neace of Austin, IN; –Three brothers: Douglas (Lillie) Neace of Buckhorn, KY; Raymond (Teresa) of Wolfcoal, KY; (Little Brother) Wesley Combs of Jackson, KY.– Eleven grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and 3 great great grand children. A host of nieces, nephews and other relatives. –Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at Noon at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Tommy Miller and Kenneth Noble officiating.– Burial in the Jackson Cemetery, Jackson, KY. Visitation will begin on Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. with additional singing at 7:00 p.m. –Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
