Billy Wayne Moore, age 75, of Whick, KY passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at his residence.  He was born October 20, 1949, in Hyden, KY and was the son of the late Damon and Essie Arrowood Moore.  He was preceded also in death by one daughter: Chanda Moore.  Two brothers:  Obie Moore and Leon Moore and wife Peggy Moore.  One sister:  Shirley Hamblin.  He is survived by his wife: Karen Moore of Whick, KY.  Two sons:  Martin Moore and Joel Moore, both of Whick, KY.  Three daughters:  Stacey Moore and Beverly (Jon) Ward, both of Richmond, KY and Brandy Rice of Jackson, KY.  Two stepdaughters:  Brandi Noble of Georgetown, KY and Ashley Noble of TN.  Three brothers:  Damon (Brenda) Moore, Jr of Jackson, KY and Layvon (Marineus) Moore and Glen (Mary) Moore, both of Whick, KY.  Two sisters: Barbara Herald and Irene Moore, both of Whick, KY.  13 grandchildren:  Martin Moore, Emily Moore, Jacob Rice, Waylon Moore, Eli Rice, Piper Moore, Valkyrie Ward, Maelyn Clair, Randi Clair, Hannah Noble, Seth Noble, Joe Pennington, Joshua Pennington.  Two great grandchildren:  Carter Moore and Wesley Rice.  He is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.  Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 24, 2025, at 1:00 pm at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Raymond Moore officiating.  Burial in the Moore Family Cemetery, Whick, KY.  Visitation will begin on Monday at 11:00 am until the time of service.  Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.  Pallbearers:  Stacey Moore, Martin Moore, Joel Moore, Martin Billy Vaughn Moore, Jacob Rice, Waylon Moore.  Honorary pallbearers:  Grandsons, Eli Rice and Maelyn Clair.
