Billy Joe Harvey, age 48, of Curt Road, Jackson, KY passed away on Monday, July 22, 2024 at his residence.  He was born June 8, 1976 in Hazard, KY and was the son of the late Elbert and Diana Sue Miller Harvey.  He is survived by his son: Joshua (Deanna) Harvey of Jackson, KY.  Three daughters:  Jordan Smith of Shelbyville, KY.  Dovie Harvey and Nevaeh Harvey, both of Jackson, KY.  One sister: Tonya (Kenneth) Sizemore of Booneville, KY.  Three grandchildren:  Carson Kyle Smith, Baylor Shayde Smith, Kyle Lee Harvey.  He is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024 at Noon at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial in the Miller Cemetery, Curt Road, Jackson, KY.  Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00-9:00 pm.  Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
