Betty Rose Cole, age 75, of Altro, KY passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at the Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY.-She was born December 6, 1945, in Bowlings Creek of Altro, KY, and was the daughter of the late Delbert and Dora Combs.-She was also preceded in death by a son: Terry Cole. Brothers: Virgil Raleigh and Clarence Combs.-Sisters: Nannie Turner and Arlena Turner.-She is survived by her loving husband: Abe Cole of Altro, KY.-Daughters: Debbie (Billy)Herald of Jackson, KY; Sharon (Kevin) Lambert of Winchester, KY.-Grandchildren: Virgil (Amy) Cole of Altro, KY; Justin (Erica) Haddix and Kevin Scott Lambert of Hazard, KY; Amanda (Brandon) Campbell of Simpsonville, KY; Jerrica (Josh) Whitaker of Winchester, KY; James (Ashley) McQueen of Hazard, KY; Natasha (Holden) Short of Altro, KY. Tyler Herald of Shelbyville, KY.-Eighteen great grandchildren.-Sisters: Flora Stamper of Jackson, KY; Beulah Stamper of Springboro, OH. Brother: Jim Combs of Alexandria, OH.-A memorial service and celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2021, at 2:00 PM at the Altro Church of God at Altro, KY with Chris Turner and Calvin Bowling officiating.-Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
