America Bellamy Thomas, age 70, of Cold Spring, KY passed away on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at her residence in Cold Spring, KY–She was born June 27, 1947 in Breathitt County, KY and was the daughter of the late James and Martha Jane (Bowling) Bellamy, SR.–She was preceded in death by one son: Charles Hall.–One brother: Ed Bellamy.–She is survived by her husband: Robert Thomas SR of Cold Spring, KY.–Three daughters: Jackie Hall Miller of Cold Spring, KY.-Teresa Brooks of Dayton, KY-Melissa Duzan of Cincinnati, OH.-Two sons: Tim Hall of Dayton, KY -Ben Thomas of Cold Spring, KY.-Five sisters: Sallie Hartung of Harbor Springs, MI; Mary Johnson of Canoe, KY-Ida Turner of Erlanger, KY -Priscilla Allen of Lexington, KY. Martha Mingues of Falmouth, KY–Four brothers: James Bellamy and Henry Bellamy of Cincinnati, OH-Robert Bellamy of Canoe, KY ;and John Bellamy of Falmouth, KY–Fourteen grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren:- Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 20, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel with Cecil Morgan officiating.–Burial in the Haddix Cemetery, Haddix, KY.–Visitation will begin on Satruday at 5:00 p.m.–Deaton Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
